Johnna Frosini, CAPP

Director: Parking and Transportation Services

Holding this position since 1998. Ms. Frosini manages every aspect of the parking and transportation program and the campus’s welcome center, in addition to overseeing several ancillary programs on campus including the bike borrowing, car share, and employee discount programs. She also chairs the Parking and Transportation Advisory Committees and serves on numerous other key campus committees. Her professional background is in industrial security having spent seven years at Eastman Kodak where she helped launch the parking program at the former Kodak Equipment Manufacturing Division (KEMD) site in Gates, New York.   

Ms. Frosini is active in the professional parking industry and in her community. She has also served as past vice president of this organization for three years, and, in a temporary capacity, as president. She has chaired the following NYSPTA committees: Strategic Planning, Bylaws, and Membership. Also served on conference planning committees and oversaw all aspects of marketing for several years. She co-founded the “Meeting of the Parking Minds,” an annual two-day national parking conference held in Rochester, NY. Ms. Frosini is a current member of the International Parking and Mobility Institute (IPMI), and is a former board member of the Brockport Child Development Center. She has served on IPMI’s State, Regional and International Association committee.

A graduate of The College at Brockport, Johnna has a bachelor of science in criminal justice and master in public administration. She also holds the CAPP (Certified Administrator of Public Parking) designation from the International Parking and Mobility Institute and the University of Virginia.
