Patrick H. Phillips, CPP
Vice President, Allpro Parking, LLC
Patrick began his parking management career in 2000 as a Facility Manager, and later became the Area Manager in Washington, DC. While in DC, Patrick specialized in Class A office building parking management and retail parking operations, emphasizing customer and client service. In 2004, Patrick furthered his experience in parking by accepting the role of General Manager in Syracuse, NY overseeing a variety of properties including the Syracuse Airport, City of Syracuse Municipal Parking Garages, as well as several medical and hospitality parking operations.
In 2008, Patrick returned to his native Buffalo, New York to become General Manager for Allpro Parking, LLC. During his tenure with the company, he has been instrumental in the design, purchase, and installation of new technology and automation of multiple parking facilities. He has lead the Allpro IT initiative by employing more streamlined processes while enhancing the customer experience. His technological implementations have generated additional value for clients and increased overall customer service and satisfaction for parking patrons.
In May 2017, Patrick joined the executive leadership team as Vice President of Allpro Parking, LLC. Patrick now has oversight responsibility for all company operations, business development, technology and human resources.
Patrick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and American History at Buffalo State College.
