Chris Austin, CAPP
Director, University at Buffalo, Parking & Transportation Services
Chris directs the operations, communications, and future planning for UB's Parking and Transportation Services. He has more than 20 years of progressive professional management and leadership experience in both the parking and mobility spaces, currently leading a team that manages more than 16,000 surface parking spaces across three campuses, while providing mobility options that transport 2.5 million+ passengers/users annually.
Chris previously served as President of NYSPTA, a term he held for five years. In addition, Chris has 10 years of experience within the municipal context, through his service on the City of Buffalo Board of Parking and was recently elected to the IPMI Board of Directors.
