Matthew Reitmeier

Assistant Director, Parking
Matthew has a collective fifteen years in the parking industry beginning in 2005 as a Student Assistant at Buffalo State College. Mr. Reitmeier was recently promoted to Assistant Director of Parking and manages several key areas for UB P&T including the customer service operation, appeals, alternative transportation, technology and outreach. Matthew also serves as a member of the Professional Staff Senate, member of the Bicycling at UB committee and member of the Sustainable Living Committee.
Mr. Reitmeier is active in the professional parking industry and in his community. Matthew is also a thirteen year veteran volunteer firefighter with the Lancaster Fire Department. He has held several positions including Explorer Post Advisor, 2nd Lieutenant, Trustee and member of the by-law committee.
Matthew’s educational background is rooted in education receiving his bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State College and New York State Teaching Certificate in 2008. He completed his Master’s Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration in 2014; the major catalyst leading to the award of his current position.
Matthew is a loving husband to his wife Kimberly, an administrator at a daycare center in their community and proud father of twin daughters, Ava and Julianna.
